Tactics
Tactics is one of the first songs that we wrote together as a band. The song began as a warm-up riff that we used at the beginning of rehearsal to tune up and get our mixes adjusted. We liked the sound of it well enough that we decided to make it into a song.
The song is essentially a complaint letter to the modern political process. We do not express a political point of view but, rather, would like to note that the general public can see right through the tactics that are being used to manipulate us and that those tactics are cynical, disingenuous, and dangerous.
